But before you initiate a return/refund, kindly understand that Because our products are handcrafted and vintage inspired, it might have slight irregularities which only add to its aesthetics and make it even more unique.
If you’re still unhappy, all you need to do is to drop us a message on whatsapp or at mail us at [email protected] mentioning your ORDER ID , NAME and E-MAIL ID within 15 days of receiving a parcel. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer, which will be deducted from the refundable amount or can be paid in cash at the time of pick up. - Make sure a product must be unhampered and in its original packaging.
- A delivery person will pick up a package from your address within 2 working days.
- As soon as we receive the product and find it in a satisfactory condition, we’ll initiate a refund. It may take 10 to 15 working days to reflect the refund in your bank account.
