Five months of relentless work went into translating a living memory into this masterpiece — every thread placed with intention, every detail carrying a story.

At the heart of the Masterpiece, three figures rise along the stairs — a young boy gripping his slingshot, embodying resistance; a young man with his kuffiyeh, walking in pursuit of knowledge; and an elder ascending with the stance of Handala, representing generations that never turned their back on their homeland.

The street itself is named Al ShawQ Street — a reflection of longing. Along its walls, the words “لن نرحل” (“We will not leave”), first echoed across the homes of Sheikh Jarrah, stand as a promise that refuses to fade. In the distance, the silhouette of Dome of the Rock Mosque stands as a symbol of identity and faith.

Scattered within the artwork are symbols that carry a people's history — the slingshot of resistance, the return key of those who never forgot, and the olive tree, deeply rooted like the story it represents.

This is not just an artwork.
It is a street, a memory, and a legacy — embroidered to endure.
