The idea before the ink
The process begins with the story behind the piece — the emotional reference, cultural weight, and visual intention. This is where the symbolism is decided: what the calligraphy says, what it means, and why it belongs on cloth.
Sketches become structure
Sketches, digital mockups, pattern planning, and placement decisions. How the artwork was adapted to fit the garment while preserving both the visual impact and the wearability over years.
The right weight for the work
380gsm heavyweight fleece — chosen for how it holds embroidery tension, resists pilling, and softens with every wash without losing its form. Material is a decision, not a default.
12,000 stitches. One piece.
The embroidery alone takes hours per unit. Cutting, sewing, ribbing, and panel joining all follow strict sequence. Each piece is touched by hand at every stage before it reaches quality control.
Built to last beyond a season
Once cleared through QC, each piece is packaged and shipped. Cold wash inside-out, air dry flat. The embroidery is permanent — the garment is meant to outlast trends, not follow them.
Fabric notes
380gsm heavyweight fleece. Brushed interior, structured outer face. Pre-shrunk and enzyme washed before cutting.
Design language
Arabic calligraphy centred on the chest. Oversized unisex fit, dropped shoulder seam, extended back hem.
Quality standard
Stitch density checked per unit. Seam strength tested. Embroidery alignment verified before packaging sign-off.
